Shipping Policy
Once Your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Neolumia is not responsible for any damage, loss, or alteration that may occur during transit. Our responsibility for the product ceases once it has been shipped. We aim to provide accurate and timely shipping information, but please note that the actual shipping time (from the moment the product is handed over to the shipping carrier until it is marked as delivered) can take up to 30 days. This timeframe may be influenced by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processes, or unforeseen logistical issues. Neolumia does not take responsibility if shipping time exceeds 30 days due to these external factors.
Additionally, if a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (to any location such as an address, postbox, PO box, etc.), Neolumia reserves the right to deny any claims or refund requests where the customer claims non-receipt of the package. We strongly advise customers to monitor the tracking information provided and take appropriate actions if there are any delivery issues.
Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, button icons, video clips, audio clips, data compilations, software, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Please Note:
- Products must be returned in their original, unboxed, and unused condition for returns to be accepted.
- Unless the product is defective, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to an address specified by Neolumia.

- For all return claims, especially for faulty products, please provide clear photos and video evidence when contacting us.
- Claims for shipping-damaged products must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery as indicated by the tracking information.
- Refunds for shipping-damaged products are not guaranteed. Neolumia will evaluate refund possibilities on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refunds if the shipping carrier does not acknowledge fault or if the 30-day claim period expires during the investigation.
- Neolumia reserves the right to refuse refunds if sufficient evidence of a fault or a valid reason for a refund is not provided.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- This policy does not apply to products with custom designs or modifications. All sales of custom-made products are final.

Returns & Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since Your purchase, we can’t offer You any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, Your item must be unused and in the same condition that You received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send Your purchase back to the manufacturer. Get in touch with us via email to inquire about the return address closest to You.
You will be responsible for paying for Your own shipping costs for returning Your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If You receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from Your refund and a restocking fee deduction of 30% of the full order amount applies.
Depending on where You live, the time it may take for Your exchanged product to reach You may vary.
Neolumia requires that all returns be sent via a tracked shipping service. Due to the high volume of orders and returns we handle, it is physically not possible for us to inspect or identify returned items without accompanying tracking information. Tracking ensures that Your return can be properly documented and processed in a timely manner. Returns sent without tracking information will not be accepted or processed.
Once Your return is received and inspected, we will send You an email to notify You that we have received Your returned item. We will also notify You of the approval or rejection of Your refund.
If You are approved, then Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to Your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If You haven’t received a refund yet, first check Your bank account again.
Then contact Your credit card company, it may take some time before Your refund is officially posted.
Next contact Your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please see “30-Day Money Back Guarantee” section above.
Warranty
Neolumia stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of its products. Each product comes with a standard 1-year warranty included with every purchase, ensuring Your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. For additional peace of mind, customers have the option to purchase an extended 3-year warranty as an add-on. 1-Year Standard Warranty
The 1-year warranty begins on the date of delivery and covers the following:
- Manufacturing Defects: Covers any defects in materials and workmanship, including issues with the electrical components, LED lights, remote control, and power supply, provided the product is used in a manner consistent with its intended purpose.
- Replacement and Repairs: If a defect is found and reported within the 1-year period, Neolumia will, at its discretion, either repair the defective product, replace it with the same or a similar product, or provide a partial refund in accordance with our refund policy. All replacement products or parts will assume the remaining warranty period of the original product and replacement products are not covered under this warranty.
Extended 3-Year Warranty
The extended 3-year warranty provides the same level of coverage as the standard warranty but extends the warranty period to 3 years from the date of delivery. The extended warranty must be purchased at the time of Your original order or within 30 days of Your purchase date. It cannot be added to an order after this period.
Terms and Conditions of Warranty:
- Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers the following defects in materials and workmanship under normal use:
- Electrical failures (e.g., LED light failure, power supply issues)
- Structural integrity (e.g., frame damage not caused by misuse or external factors)
- Functional defects of remote controls and other included components
- Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
- Damage caused by power surges, lightning, water, or other environmental factors
- Damage resulting from usage in an outdoor or extreme environment not suited for the product
- Products with serial numbers or labels that have been tampered with, altered, or removed
- Damage arising from failure to follow instructions for use and care as outlined in the product specifications and/or manual
- Warranty Claim Process:
- To make a warranty claim, please contact Neolumia customer service at hello@neolumia.com. Include Your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and both photographic and video evidence of the defect. Request sent with only photographic evidence attached will not be accepted.
- Neolumia reserves the right to require the return of the defective product or component for inspection before honoring a warranty claim. In such cases, Neolumia will provide instructions for the return process, to which the Returns & Refunds policies apply as set out above.
- If the product is confirmed to be defective and covered under warranty, Neolumia will repair or replace the product at no cost to You. If a replacement is issued, it may be a new or refurbished product of equal or greater value.
- Limitations:
- This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
- The warranty does not cover any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
- Any repairs or replacements not authorized by Neolumia will void the warranty.
- In the event that Neolumia is unable to repair or replace a defective product, Neolumia’s liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
- Extended Warranty Refunds:
- The extended 3-year warranty is non-refundable, including but not limited to order cancellations.
- Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs upfront when returning a product for warranty service. The product must be returned using a tracked shipping service, and the customer must provide the tracking number and receipt of payment to Neolumia.
- If the product is confirmed to be defective and covered under the warranty upon inspection, Neolumia will refund the return shipping costs. Refunds will only be processed if the product was sent via a tracked service and proper documentation, including a receipt of payment, is provided.
- If the product is not found to have a defect covered by the warranty, Neolumia will not refund the shipping costs, and the product may not be returned to the customer.
By purchasing from Neolumia, You agree to the terms and conditions of this Warranty Policy. Neolumia reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if it is determined that the conditions of this warranty policy have not been met.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
The Service is provided to You “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.
