An item is missing from my order! What should I do?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by a missing item. Please note that orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates, each with its own tracking number. If you receive part of your order and another item has not yet arrived, we kindly ask that you wait at least 3-4 business days for the remaining item(s) to arrive.

If, after this time, you are still missing an item, please send an email to hello@neolumia.com with your order number and a photo of all received items. Our team will investigate the issue and work swiftly to send you the missing item as soon as possible.
