The Infinity Canvas is flickering, how do I fix this?

Flickering is a very rare issue but is often a sign of a loose connection or voltage issue due to mishandling or outside damage. Double-check that the power adapter is securely connected, there are no cracks in the cables, and that the LED Neon strips are properly seated inside the frame.
